THE 14th IAP ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND GENERAL MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROSECUTORS
The 14th Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Prosecutors will be held in a fascinating and remarkable Kyiv city this September 2009.
This year’s conference will focus on the theme of “Successful Prosecutions; Achieving Just Outcomes” and will allow us to explore the diverse ways of achieving a successful resolution when a criminal offence has been committed, apart from the traditional pursuit of conviction and punishment. This may encompass alternatives to prosecution such as civil remedies, regulation, confiscation, incapacitation etc.
